Her background as a Home and Mobile Lending Specialist, combined with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, allows her to provide tailored lending solutions for first home buyers, upgraders, investors and self-employed clients.

Caitlin is actively involved in the local community through the Woombye Snakes Football Club, Nambour Chamber of Commerce, SCBWN, Give Me 5 for Kids, Wishlist and the Daniel Morcombe Foundation.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, caravanning, spending time with family and cheering on her boys as a proud soccer mum.

Harrison is an accredited Mortgage Broker with a diverse background in finance, leadership, customer service, and marketing. After spending his first year in the finance industry in a client services role, Harrison became an accredited Mortgage Broker in 2026 and now works closely with clients to help them achieve their property and finance goals.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Harrison spent more than five years in retail management while completing his university studies, leading large teams across multiple Sunshine Coast locations. This experience developed his strengths in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service. He also gained valuable business and marketing experience through an internship with a boutique real estate marketing firm, where he was exposed to the inner workings of growing and supporting successful businesses.

Holding a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Harrison is particularly passionate about helping first home buyers achieve their property goals. Having purchased and built his own first home at 21, he understands the challenges and opportunities that come with entering the market.

Outside of work, you’ll find him training for marathons, staying active on the Sunshine Coast, or planning his next challenge.

With over 28 years of experience in the finance industry and holding a Bachelor of Business, Kristy brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Her diverse background spans asset finance, automotive finance, business banking, retail lending and small business management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both personal and business finance.

Her exceptional service and commitment to the industry were recognized when she was named Queensland’s Best Residential Broker at the 2021 Better Business Awards.

Carol’s deep technical expertise is underpinned by a robust academic and professional foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma of Financial Services (Banking & Finance), a Certificate V in Complex Lending, and has completed the prestigious Leadership Beyond Theory executive program. Known for her strong advocacy work, she is particularly passionate about fighting for fairer lending policies that support single-parent and single-income families.

Outside of her professional life, Carol enjoys a balanced lifestyle that connects her to both the coast and the country. She divides her time between the beach, practicing Pilates, and relaxing on her farm.
